Experience the magic and funkiness of the world’s most famous and influential nightclubs that thrived during the peak of disco in late 1970’s New York City, now turned into a modern disco imprint and lifestyle brand.
Opened by Steve Rubell & Ian Schrager in 1977 to worldwide fame, the club lived it’s golden years until 1980 and now reimagined in 2020, Studio 54 has launched and curated its own record label, radio station, official merchandise inspired by the club, museum exhibitions celebrating the photographers, fashion designers and influencers that helped elevate the imprint into what it is today, plus has major plans to produce dance events and activations across the world that will resemble the same magic as the original space.
With its roots and home base established in NYC, Studio 54 Music’s mission as a label is to release a repertoire of funky grooves that represent how dance music is being modernized, while still paying homage to the original sounds and magic of the club.
Checkout Studio 54 Radio on Channel 54 of Sirius XM to experience classic anthems that were played at the club, rare disco cuts, DJ sets from original residents and also forward thinking disco and funky dance music that is the future of modern nightclubbing.
